I worked with Betty while I was going through some big life transitions, mostly with my career and work. I’d been trying to make positive changes, but kept getting in my own way. Betty taught me some exercises that helped me develop a more objective perspective on my thoughts so I could make clear decisions and take strategic action. I still use those exercises. They help me shift my mood, too, when I’m feeling frustrated or upset.
