Leading a Balanced Life

I have always felt resonance with Robert Fulghum’s Credo, “All I Really Need To Know I Learned in Kindergarten”.  It came to Fulghum as he realized that he already knew most of what is necessary to lead a meaningful life.  Here are just a few of his insights from that Credo:  Share everything. Play fair . . . Clean up your own mess . . . Live a balanced life—learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some . . . When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands, and stick together.  Be aware of wonder . . . and then remember the first word you learned LOOK.  Isn’t this what we should all be doing?

I especially like the part of living a balanced life and being aware of wonder.  If you are feeling like you got off track and need some help getting balance back in your life, please contact me betty@44thParallelLifeCoaching.com  I’m here to support and coach you, to hold your hand and, because it just makes a lot of sense, we’ll stick together!
